ABOUT OUR FIRE DOORS

120 Minute (2 Hour) Fire and 240-minute ( 4 Hour ) Insulation 30 minutes, Fire & Blast Doors

Durasub double doors are manufactured using a composite panel of fibre-reinforced cement mechanically bonded to punched steel sheets on both outer surfaces.

Classed as a Non-Combustible 4 hr Fire resistant Class 1 to AS1530 part 4: 2005 Blast resistant DIN 4102 Part 2 and 3 requirements. Intumescent 2 hr fire-rated louvre above the door that can connect to existing Air Con System or stand-alone.

Approved in the Power and Energy sector, the Substation door offers durable long-life protection for equipment and facilities.

APPLICATION AND DESIGN

Our range of hinged fire doors is to AS certified 1905.1 :2015 and BS 476 :Part 22 1987 for up to 240 minutes integrity and 30 minutes of insulation and AS1530.4-2005.

 

Blockade Barrier Fire Doors are suitable for application in Airports, Power Stations, Rail & Metro, Oil Rig and Offshore Platforms, Petrochemical, Warehouses.

 

Our range covers single and double leaf constructions for internal and external uses.

 

Our unique design of the Blockade Barrier products enables great flexibility in the manufacture, allowing almost any shape or size to be produced offering bespoke Fire Doors.
